We are seeking a technically proficient and security-focused Cybersecurity Engineer to help design, implement, and maintain security controls across the organization’s technology environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to protecting systems, applications, networks, and information assets against evolving security threats while supporting the continuous improvement of the organization’s cybersecurity capabilities.

The Role

As Cybersecurity Engineer, you will work closely with infrastructure, software development, cloud, and security teams to identify vulnerabilities, implement security controls, investigate incidents, and improve the overall security architecture.

You will contribute to security engineering activities across the technology lifecycle, from system design and deployment through monitoring, assessment, and remediation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical security controls across IT environments.
• Monitor systems and investigate potential security events.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities.
• Assist with security architecture reviews and technical risk assessments.
• Strengthen identity, access-control, network, and endpoint security.
• Support security incident investigation and response activities.
• Review infrastructure and application configurations for security weaknesses.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to promote secure technology practices.
• Maintain technical security documentation and operational procedures.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend appropriate defensive measures.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong technical problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving security weaknesses. You should be comfortable working across different technology environments and communicating technical risks clearly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in cybersecurity engineering, information security, network security, or a related field.
• Knowledge of security technologies, vulnerability management, and access controls.
• Familiarity with cloud security and modern infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Understanding of security frameworks and industry best practices.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
