Description
Company Overview
The organisation operates in the digital services and financial technology sector, helping customers access and use online products through structured onboarding processes and ongoing service support. Its operations depend on clear communication, accurate information, reliable internal coordination and an efficient customer experience.
The Customer Onboarding & Service Operations department supports customers from their initial registration or service request through the completion of relevant onboarding steps and the transition to ongoing service use. The team coordinates customer communications, documentation, process updates and internal handovers to ensure that onboarding activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with customer success, compliance, technical support and operations teams, the department helps reduce unnecessary delays, clarify customer requirements and maintain consistent service standards. In financial services environments, this may also involve supporting established identity-verification or business-documentation workflows, within the scope of the role and applicable procedures.
Role Summary
The Customer Onboarding & Support Coordinator will coordinate customer onboarding activities, respond to routine service enquiries and ensure that customers receive clear guidance throughout the initial stages of their relationship with the organisation.
The role combines administrative coordination, customer communication, workflow monitoring and service support. The successful candidate will track onboarding progress, explain documented requirements, identify incomplete submissions and coordinate follow-up actions with the appropriate internal teams.
This position is particularly suited to an organised and service-oriented professional who can manage detailed processes while maintaining a positive customer experience. The coordinator must be comfortable working with digital tools, updating records accurately and handling several customer cases simultaneously.
The role also contributes to operational improvement by identifying recurring delays, common customer misunderstandings and opportunities to simplify onboarding instructions. The successful candidate will help ensure that customers understand what is required of them, that internal teams receive complete information and that outstanding matters are followed through to the appropriate conclusion.
Working remotely within Estonia, the coordinator will maintain reliable digital records and communicate with customers and colleagues through approved systems and channels.
