Role Overview
The Compliance Specialist will support the development and maintenance of effective compliance processes across digital financial products and business operations. The role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, reviewing internal controls, maintaining compliance documentation, and working with operational teams to ensure financial activities are conducted within established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance requirements relevant to fintech and financial-services operations.
• Review internal processes and identify potential compliance gaps.
• Support customer and business due-diligence procedures.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and documentation.
• Assist with transaction and activity reviews where compliance assessment is required.
• Prepare compliance reports, management summaries, and control assessments.
• Coordinate with risk, legal, operations, technology, and customer-service teams.
• Support internal compliance reviews and remediation activities.
• Track regulatory developments and assess their potential operational impact.
• Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures.
• Identify recurring control weaknesses and recommend corrective measures.
• Support compliance training and awareness initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in compliance, banking, fintech, financial services, or risk management.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
