We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee compliance activities, strengthen internal controls, and support the organization in maintaining high standards of regulatory and operational integrity.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and business teams to identify compliance requirements, monitor adherence to internal policies, and develop practical measures to address potential areas of exposure.

The Role

As Compliance Manager, you will provide guidance on compliance matters and contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks and procedures.

You will monitor business activities, conduct compliance reviews, maintain appropriate documentation, and provide management with clear reporting on compliance risks and recommended actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor business activities against applicable internal and external requirements.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Identify potential compliance weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation.

• Provide guidance to employees and business teams on compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments relevant to the organization.
• Prepare compliance reports and management updates.
• Promote a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and professional conduct.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong professional judgment, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to communicate compliance matters clearly to employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in compliance, governance, risk, audit, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of compliance frameworks and internal controls.
• Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
