• Work on regular weekdays as a Client Support Specialist (working hours: 10:00–18:00).

• Communicate with clients remotely via email, phone, and chat.

• Provide clients with the necessary information about our  products.

• Proactively resolve problem situations and troubleshoot solutions and devices.

• Plan installation trips for technical specialists to clients and support technicians in their work.

• Collect and analyse different amounts and types of data.

• Replace colleagues from the same department during their absence — holidays, business trips, studies, or sick leave — and help the Global Support team with incoming tasks.

• Follow organisational policies and regulations.

• Comply with confidentiality commitments.

• Previous client support experience.

• Experience using ticketing tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar.

• Previous experience in the IoT field will be considered an advantage.

• Great organisational skills.

• A responsible approach to tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.

• Effective communication skills to provide key information to the Direct Manager or other departments.

• Willingness and ability to help people.

• Ability to react quickly and concentrate in stressful situations.

• An organised and proactive attitude, with the ability to follow instructions and independently identify the next task.

• Professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, to communicate with clients and teams across our global branches.

• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
