About the role

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate GTM launches across multiple functions.

  • Manage campaign timelines and execution.

  • Work closely with Community, Product, CRM, Paid and regional teams.

  • Localize global campaigns for the local market.

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

  • Ensure consistent execution quality across all initiatives.

Requirements
  •  3–5 years in Growth or Integrated Marketing.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset.

  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.

  • Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
