What You’ll Do:

• Analyze regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements from legal counsel, NFA filings, and clearing agreements — and clearly articulate what they mean for system design and business operations
• Develop and maintain process flows, data flow diagrams, and system interaction maps that reflect current and future-state clearing and custody architecture
• Investigate gaps between tastytrade’s current infrastructure and the target-state Non-Clearing FCM model, surfacing risks, dependencies, and edge cases early
• Partner with engineering, product, compliance, and legal to define and validate requirements across each phase of the initiative
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions made, open questions, and lessons learned throughout the initiative
