Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews with enterprise clients to capture business requirements for Agentic AI and intelligent automation projects.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and solution blueprints for AI agent deployments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to define scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria for 8–10 week pilot engagements and full-scale rollouts.
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing client processes and proposed AI-powered workflows, identifying automation opportunities across customer service, HR, operations, and IT functions.
  • Own the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and ensure alignment between business objectives, technical deliverables, and success KPIs.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions with client teams, manage feedback loops, and drive iterative refinements through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present business cases, ROI models, and proposal documents for enterprise prospects, supporting the sales and pre-sales team in client conversations.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in Agentic AI frameworks, LLM capabilities, conversational AI platforms, and India-specific AI models (Sarvam AI, BharatGen, Krutrim).
  • Support integration planning across enterprise systems including WhatsApp, MS Teams, CRM (Zoho, Freshdesk, ServiceNow), and telephony (Exotel, Twilio).
  • Document process flows, decision matrices, and escalation logic for multilingual AI agent deployments across Indian and Middle Eastern markets
