• Conduct user research to understand real pain points in onboarding, portal usage, and internal operations.
• Own the B2B onboarding journey – define and map user flows, create wireframes and detailed specifications, identify automation opportunities, and work with all teams to embed regulatory requirements seamlessly.
• Own the client portal strategy – design workflows that reduce support tickets through self-service and automation.
• Design the internal operations portal – dashboards, workflows, efficiency tools that make your team faster. For every workflow you design, ask: “What can be automated?”.
• Design workflows that leverage AI and automation to handle routine work.
• Define success metrics, analyze user behavior and bottlenecks, and continuously iterate based on data.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure all systems work together as one coherent experience.

we’re ready to meet you, if…

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in B2B fintech, BaaS, payments companies, card issuance, or B2B banking platforms.
• You have deep domain expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows.
• You can create wireframes, user flows, and detailed process documentation that guide teams to build exceptional solutions.
• You’re a power user of design software (Figma, Framer), analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants – and you actively use them to accelerate your work.
• You have extreme ownership: when a workflow is broken or a user is struggling, you don’t just report it – you obsess over fixing it.
• You can listen between the lines and challenge requirements to propose better solutions.
• You thrive in ambiguous spaces and can emerge with clear, actionable plans.
