Role Overview

The Brokerage Manager will oversee the operational and commercial performance of foreign-exchange brokerage activities, ensuring efficient client execution, strong liquidity relationships, effective operational controls, and sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FX brokerage operations and trading workflows.
• Manage relationships with liquidity providers, financial institutions, and technology partners.
• Monitor spreads, execution quality, liquidity availability, and trading volumes.
• Develop strategies to improve client execution and brokerage efficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding and operational processes for professional clients.
• Monitor revenue, transaction costs, trading activity, and operational performance.
• Work closely with compliance and risk teams to maintain appropriate controls.
• Review trading infrastructure and recommend technology improvements.
• Prepare management reports covering business performance and market activity.
• Identify opportunities for expanding FX products, services, and institutional relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in FX brokerage, banking, trading, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FX liquidity, execution, brokerage operations, and market structure.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and relationship-management capabilities.
• Experience working with institutional or professional FX clients is advantageous.
