What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
- Deliver high-impact brand campaigns by translating strategic creative briefs into production-ready assets that meet strict project milestones and brand standards
- Maximize product launch efficacy by developing evidence-based messaging frameworks and claims validated through rigorous consumer testing in partnership with Insights teams
- Orchestrate the annual brand planning lifecycle to align cross-functional stakeholders with a unified departmental vision and operational roadmap
- Drive measurable revenue growth and long-term business objectives through the deployment of strategic initiatives in collaboration with Go-to-Market teams
- Optimize media performance by directing creative weighting and providing data-backed recommendations for quarterly campaign shifts and optimizations
- Expand brand reach and audience engagement through the integration of cross-promotional strategies with key content, distribution, and brand partners
