We are looking for an innovative Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions across fintech operations and digital financial platforms. The role will focus on improving processing efficiency, reducing manual intervention, strengthening reliability, and creating scalable technology-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows for financial operations.
• Develop solutions that reduce repetitive manual processes.

• Collaborate with software developers, product teams, finance, and operations.

• Evaluate emerging automation technologies relevant to fintech operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in automation, software engineering, DevOps, or technology operations.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into reliable technical solutions.
