ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a dynamic leader to support the Head of AFC Operations and drive change initiatives and operational excellence across Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) functions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Optimize Processes: drive standardization and efficiency across AML, KYC, Sanctions, and Fraud operations.
• Drive Performance Management: design, implement, and continuously improve the performance management framework to strengthen accountability, transparency, and delivery focus across AFC Operations.
• Collaborate and Advise: partner with AFC leadership to identify improvement opportunities and provide analysis, recommendations and options regarding decisions to be made or problems to be solved.
• Innovate and Transform: drive automation, AI, and digitalization initiatives to enhance resilience and performance.
• Implement Regulatory Agenda: ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and embed risk appetite frameworks into AFC processes.
• Lead and Empower: manage a team of AFC Analysts and AI Developers (up to 5 persons), fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Ensure Compliance: monitor anti-financial crime area KPIs/KRIs, support governance frameworks, and work closely with compliance and audit teams.
• Communicate and Represent: Prepare executive-level reports and represent the Head of AFC Operations when needed.

What We Expect:

• Proven experience in AFC operations, process improvement, or risk management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
