Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the corporate banking sector? We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Banking Advisor to join our team . This role is crucial in building strong relationships with customers, managing sales pipelines, and driving business growth.

How You Will Make an Impact:

 

  • Actively manage the Merchant Sales unit pipeline, driving actions to achieve income and volume targets
  • Build strong relationships and sales pipeline with bank customers based on good understanding of Acquiring services, especially POS and E-Commerce, market environment and customer needs
  • Engage in proactive activities, including upselling to existing customers, outbound calls, meetings, and campaigns to attract new customers, campaigns
  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage RFPs, and protect the existing customer portfolio
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify non-profitable customers and recommend necessary changes or improvements
  • Define business needs, recommend and drive necessary changes or improvements together with business/products development stakeholders
  • Understand and ensure compliance and KYC requirements when developing new relationships
  • Identify training needs, share and coach relevant CM product know-how within organization
  • Actively contribute to the competence building within team to support the further development of the personal and business skills

 

What Makes You a Great Fit:

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in achieving strong sales results in a corporate banking environment
  • Thorough knowledge of Acquiring services, including POS and E-Commerce
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs, relate benefits to product features, handle objections, and close sales
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Experience in project/product management
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to drive projects within the organization
  • Active sales skills and a proactive approach to building customer relationships
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A university degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or related fields is preferred
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
