We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team at our Helsinki HQ. If you’re experienced in AR, enjoy cross-team collaboration, and want to be part of a fast-growing SaaS company, this could be your next move.

In this role, you will…

• Execute and develop our accounts receivable processes and day-to-day work.

• Manage our collection process.

• Support our internal sales teams and external customers with billing and collection questions.

• Collaborate closely with the AR team and the wider finance team.

• Approve sales orders.

• Ensure data accuracy on our sales invoices.

• Facilitate customers’ vendor portal registrations and forms.

This position is for you if you have…

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment

• A development-focused and detail-oriented mindset

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Effective communication skills and fluent Finnish and English

• Experience with SaaS companies, NetSuite, or Salesforce is a plus

• Knowledge of international sales tax, VAT, and WHT is considered added value
