As an Account and Cards Processing Specialist you will have the chance to produce defined high quality services efficiently and according to SLA on one or several products within functional area and contribute to improvement of work processes by proposing changes. You will solve independently typical cases and daily issues of low to mid complexity. You will also share your knowledge with customer service and train newcomers within unit.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Process special conditions of customers administration (setup and refund)
• Open/close customer’s accounts, change data information, create additional customer’s products according to customer’s or bank’s requests
• Collect and provide data for 3rd party
• Process e-arrest system administration requirements
• Process domestic and international disputes

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• At least 0,5 – 1,5 years of experience in the area of operation executing and/or customer service and/or finance products
• Basic to good knowledge and skills in Bank products processes and systems
• Basic IT systems knowledge
• Customer service skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
• Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
• Fluent Estonian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
