Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, or a closely related discipline.

  • Relevant professional accounting qualifications or progress toward a recognised qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent credential, is an advantage.

  • Demonstrable experience in accounting, financial reporting, management accounting, financial analysis, or a related finance position.

Experience with Estonian accounting practices, local reporting requirements, or financial systems used by Estonian businesses is beneficial. English proficiency is important in an international business environment; Estonian-language skills may be required depending on the organisation’s reporting, customer, and regulatory needs.

Technical Environment

The successful candidate may work with a combination of the following tools and systems:

  • Accounting and ERP Systems: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or equivalent accounting platforms.

  • Document Management: Secure digital filing systems, shared finance workspaces, and audit documentation repositories.

  • Workflow Automation: Accounting integrations, automated bank feeds, invoice processing tools, and other systems that reduce repetitive manual work.

Experience with every listed platform is not required. The priority is the ability to work accurately with financial data, learn relevant systems, and maintain reliable accounting and reporting processes.
