We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initial planning through successful delivery. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines and resources, monitor project performance, and ensure that strategic objectives are translated into measurable results.

The Role

The Project Manager will take ownership of assigned projects, establishing clear delivery frameworks while maintaining alignment between stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and expected outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying risks early, resolving delivery challenges, and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a structured professional who can balance strategic oversight with detailed execution and who is comfortable managing several priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, resources, timelines, and overall project performance.
• Identify project risks and establish appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Prepare regular progress reports and executive-level project updates.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective follow-up on agreed actions.
• Manage scope changes and assess their potential impact on delivery.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters appropriately.
• Establish project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for future improvement.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, decisive, and capable of maintaining control over complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. You should demonstrate strong leadership without relying solely on formal authority and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and senior business audiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional project-management certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of project-management methodologies and delivery principles.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project-management and productivity platforms.
