Position Overview

An expanding organization is seeking a creative and commercially aware Marketing Specialist to support marketing strategy, brand development, customer communication, and business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with management and commercial teams to develop effective marketing activities that strengthen brand awareness and support organizational objectives.

This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, communication skills, and commercial understanding. The Marketing Specialist will contribute to campaign planning, content development, market research, customer engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer and competitor trends.
• Develop professional marketing content and communication materials.
• Support brand development and ensure consistent organizational messaging.
• Coordinate digital marketing and social-media activities where required.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Work with business development teams to support customer-growth initiatives.
• Assist with the organization of corporate events and promotional activities.
• Identify new opportunities to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or business development is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking combined with good analytical ability.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and office productivity software.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional English communication skills; Estonian language knowledge is an advantage.
