Role Summary

We are seeking a Financial Technology Process Improvement Analyst to examine existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across fintech activities.

The successful candidate will review workflows, analyse operational performance, document process weaknesses, and work with relevant departments to develop practical improvement recommendations. The role will involve supporting process redesign initiatives across payment operations, customer onboarding, financial administration, and internal service delivery.

This position is suited to an analytical professional who understands business operations and can turn complex process information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing business processes across financial technology operations.

• Map operational workflows and document key process activities.

• Identify inefficiencies, unnecessary manual tasks, and operational bottlenecks.

• Analyse process performance using relevant operational indicators.

• Develop recommendations for improving workflow efficiency and service quality.

• Collaborate with finance, technology, product, and operations teams.

• Support the redesign and standardisation of business procedures.

• Document process requirements, operating procedures, and workflow changes.

• Evaluate the impact of proposed improvements on operational performance.

• Assist with the implementation of process automation initiatives.

• Monitor improvement activities and track agreed performance outcomes.

• Prepare process analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement reviews across different business functions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Experience in business process analysis, operational improvement, or financial services operations.

• Understanding of fintech business processes and digital financial services.

• Familiarity with process mapping techniques and workflow documentation.

• Knowledge of business analysis tools and process modelling software.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Experience with Excel, reporting tools, and operational performance analysis.

• Understanding of process automation and workflow optimisation is advantageous.

• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage improvement initiatives remotely.
