Role Summary

We are seeking a commercially aware Fintech Vendor Performance Analyst to monitor and evaluate the performance of external suppliers and technology service providers supporting financial operations.

The successful candidate will assess vendor service delivery, review contractual performance indicators, analyse operational reports, and identify opportunities to improve supplier reliability and service quality.

The role involves working with procurement, finance, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure that external service providers meet agreed performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the operational performance of technology vendors and external service providers.

• Evaluate supplier performance against agreed service-level agreements.

• Analyse vendor reports, service metrics, and operational performance indicators.

• Maintain accurate records of vendor performance and service delivery issues.

• Identify recurring supplier-related problems and coordinate corrective actions.

• Support periodic vendor reviews and supplier evaluation exercises.

• Monitor contract renewal dates and key contractual obligations.

• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on supplier performance assessments.

• Review vendor invoices and supporting service documentation where required.

• Support third-party risk assessments in collaboration with relevant internal teams.

• Prepare performance dashboards and periodic supplier evaluation reports.

• Track vendor improvement plans and monitor implementation progress.

• Identify opportunities to improve supplier efficiency and reduce operational disruptions.

• Maintain organised documentation of vendor agreements, reviews, and performance records.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in vendor management, procurement analysis, business operations, or financial services.

• Understanding of supplier performance monitoring and service-level agreements.

• Familiarity with third-party service arrangements within financial technology.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.

• Experience using procurement, contract management, or vendor management systems.

• Understanding of supplier risk assessment and performance evaluation processes.

• Strong negotiation support, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vendor-related assignments and deadlines independently.
