📌 Role Summary

The Digital Banking Product Operations Manager will coordinate the operational activities that support the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of digital banking products.

The role involves monitoring product operations, evaluating service performance, coordinating product-related improvements, and ensuring that operational processes remain aligned with business requirements and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will work closely with product management, engineering, compliance, customer experience, and banking operations teams. This position requires a balanced understanding of digital banking products, operational workflows, performance analysis, and cross-functional project coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting digital banking products.

• Monitor the performance and availability of digital banking services.

• Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Coordinate product enhancement activities with engineering and product development teams.

• Analyse customer feedback and operational performance indicators.

• Support the implementation of new digital banking features and service improvements.

• Monitor recurring product issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.

• Prepare operational reports and performance updates for relevant stakeholders.

• Work with compliance teams to support operational adherence to applicable financial regulations.

• Coordinate product release activities and operational readiness assessments.

• Maintain product operation documentation and process guidelines.

• Support communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and service efficiency.

🎓 Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of experience in fintech operations, digital banking, product operations, or financial services.

• Good understanding of digital banking products and financial technology platforms.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional operational or product improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Strong understanding of operational performance indicators and reporting.

• Knowledge of digital payments, account services, and banking workflows.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate distributed teams.
