To support its growing implementation activities, the organization is seeking a capable Fintech Product Implementation Consultant who can coordinate product deployments and ensure that clients successfully adopt its financial technology solutions.

Role Summary

The Fintech Product Implementation Consultant will manage the practical implementation of financial technology products for business clients, ensuring that new platforms and software solutions are configured, tested, and introduced effectively.

The position requires an understanding of client requirements, product functionality, technical integrations, and financial business processes.

The successful candidate will act as a link between clients, product teams, developers, and technical support professionals throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The role is suited to a professional who combines fintech product knowledge, business process analysis, client communication, and project coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of fintech products across business client environments.

• Gather and document client requirements relating to financial software applications and digital services.

• Evaluate existing client workflows to identify implementation needs and configuration requirements.

• Translate business requirements into practical product implementation plans.

• Coordinate product configuration and deployment activities with technical teams.

• Support the integration of financial applications with existing client systems.

• Organize product demonstrations and implementation workshops for business stakeholders.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing before new products are introduced into operational environments.

• Monitor implementation progress and ensure that project activities remain aligned with agreed timelines.

• Identify implementation challenges and coordinate appropriate technical resolutions.

• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and operational handover materials.

• Support client training and product onboarding activities.

• Work with product managers to communicate client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Monitor post-implementation performance and support the resolution of early operational issues.

• Maintain accurate project records, implementation reports, and client communication documentation.

• Contribute to improving implementation methodologies and product deployment procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least three years of experience in fintech implementation, software consulting, product deployment, or financial technology client solutions.

• Understanding of digital banking, payment platforms, financial software, or business finance applications.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into implementation specifications.

• Familiarity with software configuration, application integrations, and user acceptance testing.

• Strong project coordination and client relationship management capabilities.

• Ability to explain technical product functionality to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience preparing implementation documentation and training materials.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects in a remote working environment.

• Professional proficiency in English.
