Role Summary

The Fintech Product Implementation Consultant will coordinate the implementation and configuration of financial technology products for business customers and institutional clients.

The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating technical configurations, supporting product onboarding, and ensuring that digital financial solutions are deployed effectively.

Working remotely from Estonia, the successful candidate will serve as a link between customers, product development teams, software engineers, and technical support specialists.

The ideal candidate will combine knowledge of financial technology products with strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of fintech products for new and existing customers.

• Gather and document client requirements before implementation activities begin.

• Support the configuration of payment platforms, financial applications, and digital banking solutions.

• Coordinate technical integrations between customer systems and fintech products.

• Work with software engineers to resolve implementation challenges.

• Develop implementation plans, project documentation, and deployment schedules.

• Support customer onboarding and provide guidance throughout implementation.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain relevant platform functionalities.

• Coordinate system testing and validation before customer deployment.

• Monitor implementation progress and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

• Identify potential implementation risks and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of implementation activities and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with product managers to communicate customer feedback and product improvement opportunities.

• Support post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities to improve deployment processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in fintech implementation, software deployment, business analysis, or technical consulting.

• Understanding of digital payments, banking technology, or financial software products.

• Familiarity with API integrations and software implementation processes.

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical technical specifications.

• Experience working with CRM, project management, or implementation tracking tools.

• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple implementation activities simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
