Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Crypto Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of cryptocurrency exchange and trading platform features. You will translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into a clear product roadmap that improves usability, trading efficiency, and customer retention.

Working closely with engineering, design, compliance, security, and operations teams, you will manage product initiatives from discovery and prioritisation through delivery, launch, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for cryptocurrency exchange and trading platform features.
• Gather customer feedback, analyse user behaviour, and identify opportunities to improve the trading experience.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive trading interfaces and reliable product functionality.
• Prioritise features such as order management, market data presentation, portfolio views, trading history, and account functionality.
• Work with backend and infrastructure teams to improve transaction processing, system reliability, and platform performance.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and security stakeholders to incorporate applicable regulatory and risk-management requirements.
• Analyse product performance using adoption, retention, conversion, trading activity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Conduct competitor research and monitor developments across cryptocurrency exchanges and digital asset markets.
• Manage product releases, stakeholder communication, user acceptance testing, and post-launch reviews.
• Identify usability issues and collaborate with design teams to improve onboarding and navigation.
• Maintain clear product documentation and communicate priorities across cross-functional teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, financial services, cryptocurrency, or trading technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital products from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading workflows, digital assets, and market structure.
• Ability to write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with engineering, UX/UI design, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven prioritisation.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance customer experience, technical constraints, business objectives, and risk considerations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
