- Monitor departmental expenditure and identify opportunities to improve resource allocation and cost control.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to validate financial data and maintain consistency across reporting systems.
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis to improve financial visibility.
- Develop and maintain financial models that support business planning, profitability analysis, and growth projections.
- Improve reporting processes through standardisation, automation, and effective use of financial data tools.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end reporting activities and provide supporting information for audits when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least four years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management accounting, or corporate finance.

- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and professional judgment.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain high-quality reporting standards.
- Professional fluency in English; Estonian language skills are advantageous.
- ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications are beneficial.
