The Role

A professional forex environment in Estonia is looking for a Forex Client Service Specialist to provide knowledgeable, responsive, and technically informed support to clients using digital foreign-exchange services.

This is more than a conventional customer-service position. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of trading platforms, currency transactions, account processes, funding procedures, and common client issues, allowing them to provide accurate assistance and resolve enquiries efficiently.

You will work closely with operational, compliance, technology, and trading-support teams to ensure that clients receive a consistently professional experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries relating to forex accounts, platforms, transactions, and services.
• Assist clients with account-related and platform-related questions.
• Explain trading-platform functionality and operational procedures clearly.
• Support clients with deposits, withdrawals, account verification, and transaction enquiries.
• Investigate reported issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outstanding cases.
• Escalate technical, compliance, or transaction-related issues when required.
• Monitor recurring client problems and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Assist clients in understanding general forex terminology and platform processes.
• Support customer onboarding and account-maintenance procedures.
• Handle sensitive customer and financial information appropriately.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and client-support documentation.
• Maintain professional communication across email, chat, and other approved channels.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in forex, brokerage, fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.
• Good understanding of foreign-exchange markets and trading terminology.
• Experience working with trading platforms or financial technology applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate issues rather than simply redirecting clients.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital financial platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Professional English communication skills.
