The Role

We are seeking an FX Client Services Specialist to provide high-quality operational and technical support to clients using foreign-exchange trading and financial services.

This role is suited to someone who combines strong communication skills with a practical understanding of FX markets, trading platforms, account processes, and transaction workflows.

You will act as a reliable point of contact for clients while working closely with trading operations, technology, compliance, and payments teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries relating to FX accounts, transactions, trading platforms, and account activity.
• Investigate trading, payment, and account-related issues.
• Explain FX processes and platform functionality clearly to clients.
• Assist with account setup, verification, and routine account maintenance.
• Review transaction information when investigating client-reported issues.
• Escalate technical, compliance, or trading-related matters appropriately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex client cases.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
• Identify recurring client issues and recommend improvements to support processes.
• Assist with educational and informational materials relating to platform functionality.
• Handle sensitive client and financial information responsibly.
• Maintain professional service standards across all client interactions.

What You Bring

• Experience in FX, brokerage, fintech, banking, payments, or financial customer service.
• Basic-to-strong understanding of foreign-exchange terminology.
• Familiarity with online trading platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and financial systems.
• Professional English communication skills.
