Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, transaction activity, and operational data.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
• Support product discovery, feature definition, testing, and launch activities.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, financial software, or a technology-driven financial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working with product data, business requirements, and performance metrics.
• Good understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
