An international fintech environment in Estonia is seeking a RegTech Integration Specialist to implement and maintain technology integrations that support digital compliance, customer verification and financial-risk processes.

This is a hands-on specialist position for someone who understands APIs, data flows and regulatory technology and can translate operational requirements into dependable technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain integrations between fintech platforms and RegTech solutions.
• Develop and support APIs connecting compliance systems with internal applications.
• Implement secure data-exchange workflows for customer and transaction information.
• Analyse integration failures and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Support automated KYC, AML and transaction-monitoring workflows.
• Validate data exchanged between internal systems and external compliance providers.
• Conduct integration testing and regression testing.
• Monitor integration performance and investigate operational exceptions.
• Maintain API specifications, technical documentation and integration procedures.
• Collaborate with software engineers, compliance specialists and product teams.
• Support deployment of new compliance-technology capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and data quality.

Professional Requirements

• Experience in systems integration, fintech technology, RegTech, API development or a similar technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication and secure data exchange.
• Experience with SQL and structured data.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and integration platforms.
• Understanding of KYC, AML or transaction-monitoring processes.
• Experience with API testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across technical and compliance environments.
• Professional English communication.

Advantageous Experience

Exposure to digital identity, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, customer-risk platforms or European financial-services technology will be valuable.
