An international fintech organization in Estonia is seeking a Payment Operations Quality Specialist to strengthen the accuracy, consistency and operational quality of digital payment processes.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands payment operations and enjoys identifying process weaknesses before they become customer-facing problems.

Your Responsibilities

• Review payment-processing activities against established operational procedures.
• Perform quality checks on payment cases, transaction records and operational workflows.
• Identify processing errors, inconsistencies and recurring operational issues.
• Investigate exceptions and document findings accurately.
• Review payment-related data for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor operational workflows across payment channels.
• Support root-cause analysis of recurring processing issues.
• Work with technical and operational specialists to resolve identified problems.
• Contribute to testing of payment-process changes and system releases.
• Maintain quality-control documentation and operational records.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment-processing procedures.
• Prepare quality findings and operational analysis for relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Experience in payments, banking operations, fintech operations, financial services or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of payment transaction lifecycles.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Ability to identify discrepancies within financial and operational data.
• Good knowledge of spreadsheets and digital workflow systems.
• SQL or data-analysis experience is an advantage.
• Ability to follow structured procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong written documentation skills.
• Professional English communication.
