A sophisticated financial trading environment in Estonia is seeking a Senior Forex Trader to participate in the analysis and execution of foreign-exchange strategies across major, minor, and selected emerging-market currency pairs.

The role is designed for an experienced trader with strong market awareness, disciplined execution, and a structured approach to risk. You will operate within defined trading parameters while contributing to market intelligence, strategy development, and continuous performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse global foreign-exchange markets and identify potential trading opportunities.
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, central-bank decisions, interest-rate expectations, inflation data, and geopolitical developments affecting currency markets.
• Execute FX trades in accordance with approved strategies, risk limits, and trading procedures.
• Maintain detailed trading records and evaluate strategy performance.
• Conduct pre-market and post-market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor spreads, liquidity, volatility, and market conditions across relevant currency pairs.
• Collaborate with risk and research teams on market exposure and portfolio positioning.
• Contribute to the refinement and testing of systematic and discretionary trading strategies.
• Maintain strict adherence to position-sizing, stop-loss, drawdown, and exposure parameters.
• Produce concise market commentary and trading reports for internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of professional FX trading experience.
• Strong understanding of spot FX markets and global macroeconomic drivers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical and fundamental market analysis.
• Strong risk-management discipline and quantitative reasoning.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, market-data terminals, and execution systems.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving markets without compromising process discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent professional English.
