The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Fintech Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help build and operate secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure supporting modern financial technology platforms.

You will work closely with software engineers, security specialists, data teams, and product stakeholders to ensure that critical applications and services operate reliably across cloud environments.

Core Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for fintech applications.
• Manage compute, networking, storage, databases, and other cloud services.
• Improve infrastructure scalability, availability, and resilience.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and standardized deployment processes.

DevOps & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, deployment, and operational processes.
• Improve release reliability and reduce manual operational tasks.
• Establish monitoring and observability across critical services.

Security & Reliability

• Implement appropriate access controls and infrastructure-security practices.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening.
• Monitor system performance and investigate infrastructure incidents.
• Contribute to disaster-recovery and business-continuity capabilities.

Engineering Collaboration

• Partner with backend, frontend, data, and security engineers.
• Support production troubleshooting and incident response.
• Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures.
• Contribute to technical standards and platform improvements.

Technical Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code technology.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies and monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with security principles and cloud access management.
• Strong scripting capabilities using Python, Bash, or a similar language.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other high-availability environments is advantageous.
