A forward-looking financial technology organisation in Estonia is seeking an experienced FX Market Intelligence Strategist to transform foreign-exchange market data, macroeconomic developments, and trading intelligence into actionable insights for internal teams.

This is a high-impact analytical position combining FX research, quantitative analysis, market intelligence, and financial technology. The successful candidate will work closely with trading, treasury, risk, product, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor global FX markets, central-bank decisions, macroeconomic indicators, and geopolitical developments affecting currencies.
• Develop structured market-intelligence reports covering major currency pairs and regional markets.
• Analyse historical and real-time FX data to identify significant market movements and liquidity trends.
• Produce scenario analysis around interest rates, inflation, monetary policy, and major economic releases.
• Support trading, treasury, and risk teams with data-driven market intelligence.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools for monitoring currency-market conditions.
• Evaluate market-data sources and identify opportunities to improve analytical capabilities.
• Translate complex financial-market information into concise insights for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain research frameworks covering major global currency markets.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve automation of market-data collection and analysis.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in FX research, financial markets, treasury, investment analysis, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of global foreign-exchange markets and macroeconomic drivers.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience working with financial datasets and market-information platforms.
• Strong Excel and preferably Python or SQL capabilities.
• Ability to interpret economic data and financial-market developments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong ability to communicate complex market information clearly.
