We are seeking an experienced Digital Assets Compliance Manager to lead compliance initiatives across cryptocurrency, payments, and emerging financial products within a rapidly growing fintech environment.

This role is suited to a compliance specialist who understands both traditional financial regulations and the complexities of modern digital asset ecosystems. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure that business growth remains aligned with European regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for digital asset and fintech products.
• Oversee KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring programmes.
• Interpret European regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business processes.
• Support regulatory licensing, audits, and internal governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to embed compliance controls into new services.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting payments, crypto-assets, and financial services.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance best practices.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or financial crime prevention.
• Strong understanding of EU fintech regulations and AML frameworks.
• Experience working with digital assets, payment institutions, or regulated financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional English language proficiency.
