An innovative fintech operation in Estonia is seeking a Financial Data Intelligence Manager to lead initiatives connecting financial data, analytics, automation, and business intelligence.

The position sits at the intersection of data strategy, fintech operations, analytics, product development, and financial intelligence.

Your Mission

You will establish data capabilities that allow teams to understand financial activity, customer behaviour, operational performance, risk indicators, and product economics with greater precision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data strategies supporting fintech products and operations.
• Lead analytical initiatives across payments, customer activity, revenue, and financial performance.
• Establish reliable data pipelines and reporting frameworks.
• Work with data engineers to improve data quality, availability, lineage, and governance.
• Develop dashboards and analytical models for senior management and operational teams.
• Identify patterns and opportunities within large financial datasets.
• Support product teams with customer segmentation and behavioural analysis.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams on data-driven monitoring.
• Introduce automation into recurring reporting and analytical processes.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks for financial products.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear commercial and operational recommendations.

What You Bring

You should have strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial technology, data science, or financial services.

Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, data visualisation, cloud data platforms, statistical analysis, and modern data pipelines would be valuable.

Experience working with transactional data, payment analytics, banking data, fraud analytics, or financial product intelligence would be an advantage.

Working Style

The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between technical data environments and business discussions—turning complex datasets into information that product, finance, operations, and leadership teams can actually use.
