A technology-focused fintech in Estonia is expanding its artificial-intelligence portfolio and is looking for an AI Product Manager — Financial Intelligence to lead products that turn complex financial data into actionable intelligence.

This is a product leadership role for someone who can connect AI capabilities with genuine financial-services use cases while maintaining strong attention to data quality, customer value, governance, and responsible deployment.

The Role

You will own the product lifecycle for AI-driven financial intelligence solutions, working with data scientists, engineers, designers, risk specialists, and commercial teams.

You will define what should be built, why it matters, how success will be measured, and how AI capabilities can be incorporated into scalable financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI-powered financial intelligence solutions.
• Identify high-value use cases across risk, fraud, financial analytics, customer insights, and operational intelligence.
• Translate business problems into structured AI and data-product requirements.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to prioritize models, features, and technical capabilities.
• Establish product KPIs and evaluate the commercial and operational impact of AI initiatives.
• Coordinate experimentation, validation, product testing, and controlled releases.
• Work with risk, compliance, security, and legal teams on AI governance requirements.
• Improve data-driven customer and operational experiences.
• Monitor product performance and continuously refine the roadmap.
• Communicate AI product strategy clearly to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of product-management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, data, or AI.
• Demonstrated experience delivering data-driven or technology-intensive products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI product development.
• Ability to work effectively with data scientists and software engineers.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking.
• Understanding of financial-services products and data environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
