A technology-driven financial services organisation in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Transformation Programme Manager to lead complex initiatives that modernise products, technology platforms, operational processes, and customer experiences.

This is a strategic delivery role for a programme leader who can manage multiple workstreams while maintaining a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.

Your Mission

You will coordinate large-scale transformation programmes involving technology, product, operations, data, risk, and compliance. From initial planning through implementation, you will ensure that major initiatives remain commercially focused, technically achievable, and operationally controlled.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex fintech transformation programmes from strategy through delivery.
• Establish programme objectives, milestones, governance structures, and success measures.
• Coordinate multiple technology and business workstreams.
• Manage dependencies across product, engineering, operations, finance, risk, and compliance.
• Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor programme budgets, resources, timelines, and performance indicators.
• Facilitate executive-level programme reviews and provide clear progress reporting.
• Coordinate major platform migrations, system modernisation, and process-automation initiatives.
• Ensure operational teams are prepared for new products, platforms, and processes.
• Support organisational adoption and change-management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve programme delivery methods and organisational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Strong programme or transformation-management experience within fintech, banking, payments, or technology.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of software delivery and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, business leaders, and executives.
• Highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformation is strongly preferred.
