Develop advanced software platforms that connect financial services, customer applications, data systems, and transaction-processing infrastructure. You will focus on building reliable systems capable of handling complex financial workflows at scale.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop high-availability backend applications supporting payments, transfers, account services, and financial operations.
• Engineer transactional workflows involving multiple services while maintaining data consistency.
• Build secure integration services for banking platforms, payment providers, identity systems, and external APIs.
• Design scalable data models for customer, transaction, settlement, and reporting information.
• Implement event-driven architectures for real-time financial processing and notifications.
• Develop automated reconciliation, reporting, and transaction-monitoring capabilities.
• Improve application performance through caching, database optimization, asynchronous processing, and horizontal scaling.
• Create comprehensive unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Contribute to secure coding practices and software architecture standards.
• Support production deployments, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• 4–7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend engineering background in Java, Kotlin, Go, C#, Python, or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and database architecture.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and event-streaming or messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, or comparable cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Experience working with payment systems, banking platforms, financial APIs, or transaction-heavy applications is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
