Role Overview
A dynamic Forex Trader is required to manage currency-market positions using disciplined execution, quantitative analysis, technical research, and rigorous risk-management frameworks. The role requires exceptional market awareness and the ability to make precise decisions under rapidly changing conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute FX trades across major, minor, and selected emerging-market currency pairs.
• Monitor price action, liquidity, spreads, volatility, and market depth.
• Apply technical and fundamental analysis to trading decisions.
• Establish entry, exit, stop-loss, and position-sizing parameters.
• Maintain strict adherence to approved trading and risk limits.
• Monitor open positions and respond appropriately to significant market developments.
• Evaluate trading performance using quantitative metrics.
• Identify recurring market patterns and opportunities for strategy improvement.
• Work closely with risk and research functions to maintain disciplined exposure.
• Prepare detailed trading reports and performance reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of FX market mechanics and trading methodologies.
• Excellent numerical reasoning and decision-making ability.
• High level of emotional discipline and risk awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising established controls.
• Strong understanding of leverage, margin, liquidity, and volatility.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate risk before executing trades.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional FX trading or financial-markets experience.
• Proven familiarity with institutional trading platforms and market-analysis tools.
• Knowledge of algorithmic or quantitative trading is an advantage.
