Role Overview
The Product Manager will lead the development of embedded financial products that integrate payments, accounts, financing, and other financial capabilities directly into non-financial customer experiences.

This role requires a combination of product strategy, customer research, commercial analysis, technology understanding, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable objectives for embedded-finance solutions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate financial services into digital platforms and customer journeys.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to validate product opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with designers and engineers throughout the product-development lifecycle.
• Define product metrics covering adoption, engagement, transaction activity, revenue, and customer retention.
• Coordinate product launches and manage cross-functional delivery teams.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to prioritize product improvements.
• Evaluate third-party financial infrastructure and technology integrations.
• Develop business cases and commercial models for new product opportunities.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate roadmap decisions to stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize products based on performance data and market developments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of product-management experience, preferably within fintech or digital financial services.
• Strong understanding of APIs, digital payments, financial platforms, and technology products.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
