Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will identify new commercial opportunities and develop relationships that accelerate growth across fintech products and financial technology services. The position combines market intelligence, strategic selling, partnership development, negotiation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new markets, customer segments, and commercial opportunities.
• Develop strategies for expanding fintech products and services.
• Research potential clients, partners, financial institutions, and technology providers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Lead commercial presentations, proposals, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and strategic stakeholders.
• Analyze competitor offerings and changing market conditions.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for new financial solutions.
• Work with technology and operations teams to assess integration requirements.
• Monitor sales and partnership performance against established targets.
• Prepare business-development reports and market intelligence for management.
• Develop long-term account and partnership strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Professional experience in fintech, banking, payments, technology, or financial-services business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-management capabilities.
• Ability to understand complex financial and technology products.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.
