We are seeking an accomplished Strategy Manager to support high-impact business planning, organizational growth, and long-term strategic development. The Role

The Strategy Manager will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. You will evaluate market conditions, business performance, competitive dynamics, and operational priorities to help shape decisions that strengthen sustainable growth.

You will work across multiple departments, bringing together financial, operational, customer, and market perspectives to develop clear recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and business-performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational improvement, and market expansion.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

• Monitor strategic performance indicators and provide regular progress assessments.
• Translate complex business information into concise, actionable insights.
• Support scenario planning, forecasting, and long-term business modeling.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
