Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Financial Technology

A fast-moving organisation in Estonia is looking for an ambitious Product Manager to take ownership of digital products from early-stage concepts through development, launch, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys combining customer needs, technology, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with software engineers, designers, analysts, operations specialists, and business leaders to define product priorities and ensure that development efforts deliver measurable value. The role may involve digital financial services, payment solutions, business platforms, SaaS products, customer applications, or other technology-enabled services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, objectives, and development priorities.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout development.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
• Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate product launches and feature releases.
• Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.
• Prepare business cases and product-performance reports for management.
• Balance customer experience, technical feasibility, commercial value, and operational requirements.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, prioritisation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, technology, telecommunications, or another digital industry would be valuable.
