The opportunity
We invite you to apply for the role of Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will support end-to-end accounts payable activities for multiple countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Great Britain and Ireland.
You will be part of a 17-member international finance team, contributing to accurate and compliant incoming invoice processing to ensure timely payments for both third-party and intercompany suppliers.

Please note that this role is available on a fixed-term contact for parental leave cover.
How you’ll make an impact
- You process Accounts Payable incoming invoices from both third-party and intragroup suppliers.
- You execute analyses and reports to support Accounts Payable activities.
- You follow internal control requirements and relevant procedures.
- You maintain good working relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
- You take responsibility for your own tasks while contributing positively to the team and supporting the business.
Your background
- You have experience in data entry, accounting, accounts payable, or a similar role.
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- You have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
- You demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with deadlines.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and education in Finance or Accounting is considered a benefit.
