Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Consultant to provide structured advisory support across business operations, office processes, digital transformation, and organizational efficiency. The role offers an opportunity to work with multiple functions and contribute to initiatives designed to improve how a modern organization manages its people, processes, information, and technology.

The Consultant will assess existing workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, develop improvement recommendations, and support the implementation of practical solutions. Although fintech may form part of the broader business environment, the position is intentionally applicable to professionals from technology, professional services, banking, telecommunications, logistics, consulting, and other industries undergoing operational or digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing administrative, operational, and office-management processes.
• Conduct structured assessments of workflows, systems, resources, and business requirements.
• Develop recommendations for improving efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Support digital transformation and workplace modernization initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, analytical reports, presentations, and implementation plans.
• Work with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and establish appropriate solutions.
• Map business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Assist management with strategic operational planning and organizational initiatives.
• Monitor implementation progress and assess whether improvement objectives are being achieved.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process-review sessions.
• Research emerging workplace technologies and relevant business practices.
• Develop process documentation, operating procedures, and governance materials.
• Provide management with structured insights that support informed business decisions.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should have experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, digital transformation, project management, or organizational improvement. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, together with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. Experience within fintech, banking, technology, or another digitally mature industry would be an advantage.
