Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and commercially minded Business Consultant to support organizations and internal business teams with strategic planning, operational improvement, market analysis, and organizational development. The successful candidate will work in a professional office environment and collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and project teams to identify business challenges and develop practical solutions.

The Business Consultant will be responsible for analyzing operational performance, reviewing existing business processes, researching market opportunities, and preparing strategic recommendations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to understand complex organizational challenges from both strategic and operational perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business research and analyze organizational performance.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical improvement strategies.
• Support the development of business plans and growth initiatives.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with management teams on organizational improvement projects.
• Support business transformation and process-development initiatives.
• Assist with performance monitoring and strategic planning activities.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of important industry and market developments.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, or management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and professional communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Professional English communication skills; knowledge of Estonian is an advantage.
