Are you passionate about IT support and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team? We are now hiring IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team!

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Providing the first line of IT support via phone to internal company customers
• Handling self-service incidents, requests and tasks in ITSM tool: making sure issues are accurately identified and resolved or assigned to accurate support teams on time as per service level agreements
• Maintaining and extending documentation in the knowledge base, ensuring it is accurate and up to date
• Participating in maintaining IT Service Desk access management process
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks/projects that support and improve core IT Service Desk functions

• Knowledge of common hardware and software applications
• Demonstrated willingness to help colleagues and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule within the Service Desk’s workday operating hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (individual shifts are scheduled within this timeframe)
• IT Service Desk experience / similar IT support / degree in Computer Science is a must
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
