Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily organizational activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that business processes are executed consistently and effectively. The successful candidate will coordinate multiple functions, monitor performance, manage resources, and work closely with department leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable operational outcomes.

This position requires a practical and analytical manager who can identify inefficiencies, introduce better workflows, and maintain strong standards across people, processes, and service delivery. The role provides an opportunity to contribute directly to organizational performance while working within Estonia’s increasingly international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business continuity.
• Develop, document, and improve operational procedures and internal workflows.
• Establish performance indicators and monitor departmental KPIs.
• Coordinate staffing, workloads, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare regular performance reports and management updates.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, technology, and commercial teams.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource-management activities.
• Coordinate operational projects and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization.
• Establish appropriate operational controls and escalation procedures.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in operations or business management.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
