Role Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support environmental performance, resource efficiency, sustainability reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The position combines analytical work with practical sustainability initiatives and is suitable for a professional interested in the intersection of business operations, environmental performance, energy efficiency, and responsible resource management.

You will collect and analyze sustainability-related information, assist with environmental performance assessments, develop reports, and work with different departments to identify opportunities to reduce resource consumption and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze environmental and sustainability data.
• Monitor energy, water, waste, emissions, and resource-efficiency indicators.
• Prepare sustainability performance reports and management dashboards.
• Support environmental assessments and improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for reducing operational waste and resource consumption.
• Assist with sustainability targets, action plans, and performance monitoring.
• Research relevant environmental standards, regulations, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, procurement, and management teams.
• Maintain accurate sustainability databases and supporting documentation.
• Assist with sustainability-related audits and information requests.
• Evaluate sustainability initiatives using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or sustainability projects.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or comparable analytical tools.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Interest in environmental management, energy efficiency, and sustainable business practices.
